The ACE Program: From Intake to Retirement.
At the ACE Program we strive to ensure a positive transition through our service process. Below, we’ll help illustrate what your experience with our program will include.
Upon receiving your referral, our Intake Coordinator will contact you within 2-4 business days to arrange an appointment. The initial contact will be a one-on-one meeting to determine your eligibility for the program and complete the necessary paperwork. Upon successful eligibility, you will be referred to one of our suitable Employment Specialists, who will help you through a variety of employment services.
To help ensure successful job retention for our clients, we offer continued job maintenance after employment. Job maintenance can include discussions and techniques on employer expectations, workplace conflicts, stress management strategies and onsite workplace assistance as needed. The ACE program is client-focused with the goal of not just finding our clients a job, but finding them suitable employment based on their specific needs, and that will foster their mental health and well-being.
